Our Microsil® range of milled silica quartz minerals are processed from the same pegmatite deposits that are used in our Microbrite® range of minerals originating out of our mine in the Limpopo Province of South Africa.

Offering very high purity, high dry brightness (93-95%)  and low iron content (<0.05%) our Microsil® range competes worldwide with similar high purity finely milled silica products.  Valued for its inertness, purity, acid resistance, UV resistance, scrub resistance, weathering properties and hardness (moh 7),  Microsil® is used in a range of industries including coatings, varnishes and cured products, ceramics, tile adhesives, plastics and rubber compounding.
